Appreciate Your “Me” Time

Instead of viewing your workout as a chore or a challenge, appreciate it as an opportunity to fit in some much-needed alone time.

Certain “autopilot” activities like walking, hiking, biking, running, and swimming allows you to let your mind wander a bit. You can think and meditate on whatever can add to your creativity and ambition.

It’s amazing what fresh air can do for your mind and body. Don’t look at your phone or bring any distractions. Just get outdoors, even for a few minutes, to break up your day and refresh.
