Define exact who/what you want to be. See the exact vision of who you want to be

Understand the value of making this change. why you want to change to this. Make sure the change is something YOU want. Only until you’ve clearly mapped out the life you want will you then learn what it takes and take the steps to get there.

Determine what it will take.

Honestly assess who you are today. Identify your strengths as it relates to the person you want to be. Get an honest assessment of yourself.

Spend time with the RIGHT people. Associate with people who are doing what you want to do. Hang with people who are the type of people you want to be. Ask people who are living the type of life you want to live how they got where they are. Their stories will empower you because they’re normal people just like you. Seeing where someone started and what they did to accomplish great things will motivate you to do the same.

Become accountable to someone. This person will help keep you committed and totally responsible for your actions and behaviors. When you are working with someone who pushes you to make massive changes in a short amount of time and give a report…you finally realize that you are ultimately responsible for how much progress you make every day. Accounting for your actions weekly will cause you to take a good look at yourself, start eliminating the excuses and start making deliberate actions that bring about your intended success.

Eliminate habits that are counter to who Yu want to be.
Change your behavior. Identify behavior that is counterproductive to who you want to be. Making a change might be uncomfortable and overwhelming for you. It might mean you have to put in more time, money, and effort. It might mean that someone gets upset about it, or makes you feel bad about your decision.

Develop habits that are synonymous with who you want to be. How you speak. Decisions you make. Act like the person you want to be.

Read about the life you want. You are what you eats.

Believe you are ready now. Fake it until you make it.

Do one change at a time. Only add another change if you were successful at the first.

String together enough of the right decisions. Since you are the sum of the decisions you make, be mindful of your decisions. To help make good decisions, ask smart questions.
